The Pisco Sour is a true Peruvian classic, with a main ingredient you probably don’t use very often.
30 ml Pisco
10 ml simple syrup
10 ml lemon juice
Tools & utensils
Jigger or measuring cup

Fill your glass with ice cubes and let it cool off in the fridge
Fill half of your cocktail shaker with ice
Add the pisco, lemon juice and simple syrup
Shake well for about 10 to 15 seconds
Strain the cocktail in your chilled glass
